Role Summary/Purpose
To assist the Project Managers in projects coordination, planning and reporting, while also following up the application of some company’s procedures by the Operations department, to ensure that Customer satisfaction is achieved and to help maximise the projects results in QCD.
Essential Responsibilities
Project Tasks: Manages tasks assigned by the PMs of the projects according to the QCD targets set.
Project Reviews: Takes part during the project reviews and gives the input needed by the project team (as may be required by the PMs) for the preparation of the reviews
Document Management: Is in charge of the follow-up and the maintenance of the projects’ documentation management register and alerts the team for any critical pending issues
Time Management: Assists the planner (as may be required by the PMs) in the update of the time schedule according to the information received by the team
Workload Planning Process: Responsible for the set-up of the respective tool and the follow-up/update of the unit’s workload planning
Site Reporting: In charge of site reporting archiving (including EHS reporting) and follow up of critical issues (as may be required by the PMs)
Performs any other duty/competence that can arise from the Organization and the Internal Regulations of the Company.
Qualifications/Requirements
Currently studying at a Technical University (TEI) and ready to initiate his/her 6 month internship
Good use of MS Office
Good command of both Greek and English
EU Work Permit
Desired Characteristics

Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Good level of English
